Description
The autonomous data logger MSR175 is equipped with high-resolution sensors for continuous recording of cargo conditions during transportation. Using the "MSR ShockViewer" software, the recorded data can be thoroughly analyzed – both to prove the presence of damage and to improve packaging technology during transportation.
Data collection for safe transportation
The measurement ranges of the two three-axis acceleration sensors built into the MSR175 data logger are ±15 g and ±100 g. The sensors record shocks and jolts at a frequency of up to 6,400 measurements per second. The built-in memory of the logger can hold more than two million measurements, corresponding to more than 1,000 shocks. Additionally, the MSR175 logger measures and records temperature in the range from -20° to +65°C. An alternative version of the logger with built-in humidity, pressure, and light sensors is also available.
Easy-to-use software
The software for the MSR175 data logger includes MSR Dashboard, MSR ReportGenerator, and MSR ShockViewer sections. The user-friendly MSR175 Dashboard section allows quick and simple configuration of the loggers. Recorded data is transferred to a PC via USB interface. A brief report can be generated with a single click in the MSR Report section. Convenient export functions allow saving data in Microsoft Excel or CSV formats, as well as creating PDF files. For detailed data processing, the basic version of the MSR ShockViewer software included in the software package can be used.
2 available device versions
The first version of the MSR175 logger includes two built-in three-axis acceleration sensors (±15 g and ±100 g), as well as one built-in temperature sensor.
The second version includes two built-in three-axis acceleration sensors (±15 g and ±100 g), one built-in temperature sensor, one built-in humidity sensor, one pressure sensor, and one light sensor.
ATTENTION, the device is currently discontinued.
