Description
Series 22 offers a reliable, cost-effective solution for consumers who require maximum quality in mass sensor usage. Production takes place on fully automated Keller welding lines. This is a new technology that allows sealing without additional internal seals or sealing rings, enabling the production of sensors at low prices in large volumes. In the brass version 22 M, the steel insert and nickel diaphragm are welded to the copper housing.
In the steel version 22S, all parts are made of stainless steel (AISI 316 L). The substrate with glass and silicon sensing element is welded to the steel housing and filled with oil.
Electrical connection is made via a Packard quick-release connector. The sensors have exceptionally good electromagnetic resistance and perform excellently over a wide temperature range, making them ideal for automotive, hydraulic, and refrigeration control systems.

PAA is an absolute pressure transducer.
PA is a gauge pressure transducer (zero at 1 bar abs.). It is suitable for use where atmospheric pressure changes can be neglected (for ranges above 10 bar) or where a sealed sensor is required.
