Description
The PA-22 PS series is a compact electronic pressure switch; it also features a continuous analog output signal (0.5…4.5 V). Setpoints can be used to trigger alarms or automatic on/off control of other devices.
The sensor has 2 independent relays for high and low pressure levels (Hi/Lo). The contacts are durable and wear-free. PNP and NPN setpoint information can be specified when ordering.
The optional dV-22 PP device (external power supply) allows the user to change settings via a convenient menu and two buttons. Alternatively, programming can be done from a PC or laptop using Keller software and a special cable.
The following characteristics can be programmed for each relay output, either when ordering or using the dV-22 PP:
- Relay threshold values
- Hysteresis
- Normally open / normally closed
- Relay activation time delay
Pressure change values can be read and recorded on a PC for analytical processing; for this, the dV-22 PP and Keller Read30 software can be used.
The PA-22 PS is specially designed for automation systems with increased durability requirements and space-saving needs.
