Description
The series of OEM pressure sensors 7LI with a diameter of 15 mm are designed to operate in environments characterized by high temperature and pressure values.
The basis of the pressure sensor is an integrated highly sensitive piezoresistive silicon chip. Pressure is transmitted through the oil filling of the sensor to the sensitive element. The separating diaphragm completely isolates the chip from the measured medium.
The fully temperature-isolated housing and laser-welded diaphragm are made of Inconel 718, which also guarantees resistance to aggressive environments.
Thanks to piezoresistive measurement technology, the standard full output signal for all measurement ranges is 150 mV at a constant supply of 1 mA.
Absolute pressure sensors are available with 4 nominal measurement ranges from 200 to 1000 bar. The maximum operating temperature is 200°C. Optionally, the sensor can be equipped with a PT100 or PT1000 temperature sensor, allowing independent temperature measurement.
Each sensor undergoes thorough testing across various temperature and pressure ranges and is supplied with an individual calibration certificate containing information about the sensor characteristics and test results. Special testing can be performed upon request. To compensate for high pressure, a mathematical model can be created within the required pressure and temperature ranges.
