Description

To measure the mass flow of air and gases, the IZMERKON TM 650 flow meter uses the principle of thermodiffusion.

The primary converter of the flow meter consists of two thermoresistors (RTD). When the medium flows through them, one of the resistors (RH) heats up, and the second (RMG) measures the current temperature of the flow. As the flow velocity increases, more heat is taken away, causing the temperature of the RH resistor to decrease.

Features and Advantages:

  • No pressure loss, can be installed in pipelines of any shape with a known cross-sectional area;
  • Installation and maintenance can be performed without stopping the line;
  • High-precision data processing system ensuring excellent reproducibility and low flow meter error;
  • Highly efficient power supply device, total current consumption is only 60 mA at 24 V (DC);
  • Thanks to a wide power supply voltage range of 16…32 V, the flow meter is compatible with various electrical equipment;
  • Easy fault detection and troubleshooting with self-diagnosis function;
  • High wear resistance due to the absence of moving parts.
