Description
The highly accurate optical particle counter PC 400 measures particles sized from 0.1 µm and is thus suitable for monitoring compressed air quality in accordance with Cleanliness Class 1 requirements (GOST ISO 8573). The device allows monitoring the proper operation of the compressed air purification system and instantly detecting possible filter damage. The airflow through the particle counter is automatically controlled.
The device simultaneously counts particles of different sizes and provides data for each of the three groups: the number of particles sized 0.1...0.5 µm, 0.5...1 µm, and 1...5 µm. All measurement data is transmitted by the counter via the digital Modbus protocol.
Both stationary and mobile versions of the device are available.
