Portable device for measuring the dew point — DP 500 / DP 510

Description

The new DP 500/DP510 tools are ideal portable devices for dew point measurement in all types of dryers with a range up to -80°Ctd. The 3.5" touch screen makes usage extremely simple. The device is the perfect solution for measuring the current dew point, as well as graphically displaying changes in the dryer’s condition over an extended period. It can store up to 100 million measurements along with the date and location name. Data can be transferred to a PC via USB drive. The device allows data analysis and quick and easy generation of service reports using the special software «CS Soft Basic». The DP 510 also features an additional input to which an external sensor can be connected (for example, pressure, flow, temperature sensors, etc.)

The measurement results dynamics are displayed in the form of graphs, so the user can easily see changes in the dryer’s condition since the start of measurements. All physical humidity parameters are calculated automatically. In the case of the DP 510, data from the external manufacturer’s sensor is also displayed. Each measurement can be saved with a comment, such as the location name. The time interval can be freely set.
