Description

The electromagnetic flowmeter for partially filled pipes IZMERKON EM 370 consists of a converter, a flow sensor, and a level sensor.

For automatic calculation of the current flow rate and display of accumulated flow, flow velocity, medium level, and other parameters, it is sufficient to enter the pipeline diameter in the flowmeter settings.

The minimum medium level can be 10% of the volume of the medium in the filled pipe. This type of flowmeter is best suited for accounting wastewater, rainwater, as well as for wastewater discharge systems and irrigation systems.

Features

  • The IZMERKON EM 370 flowmeter can measure the flow of liquid in partially filled pipes, making it especially useful for use in irrigation systems;
  • The flowmeter can operate on a solar panel, which is especially convenient for use in remote areas where there is no access to industrial power supply;
  • Thanks to the safe and durable material of construction, the service life of the flowmeter is longer than standard ones. Typically, the flowmeter can be operated for at least 5-10 years or more;
  • The flowmeter can be manufactured with lining, allowing it to be used for measuring the flow of drinking water, groundwater, and other liquids. Many companies supplying drinking water use this type of flowmeter in large diameter pipelines;
  • For measuring the liquid level, the flowmeter design includes an accurate compact ultrasonic level sensor. After measuring the level, the flowmeter records the obtained value and then uses this parameter to calculate the liquid flow. The blind zone of the ultrasonic level sensor is minimal, and its accuracy reaches ±1 mm.
