Description
TM 270L – is a device that measures the mass flow of gas.
The sensitive element design uses a unique MEMS chip. Its advantages include ease of use, high accuracy and stability, resistance to high and low temperatures, good linearity, and fast response time.
Each TM 270L flow meter undergoes calibration at the factory for parameters such as measurement range, accuracy, repeatability, and response time.
Application
TM 270L can be used to monitor the mass flow of air, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, helium, oxygen, and other pure, non-corrosive gases (excluding flammable and explosive gases).
It can be widely used for laboratory research tasks, in the food and medical industries, as well as in other industrial applications.
