Miniature pressure sensors for depth gauges

Miniature pressure sensors manufactured by Keller solve a number of tasks set by manufacturers of autonomous measurement systems for hydrodynamic studies.

First of all, you will appreciate the size of our sensors.
They are 13, 15, 17, 19 mm in diameter – series 6L, 7L, 8L, 9L (10L), respectively.

An important issue that you undoubtedly pay great attention to is measurement stability.
Our sensors have excellent stability and reproducibility of results over a wide range of operating temperatures.

Regarding operating pressure – generally, the standard versions 6L HP and 7L HP – up to 1200 bar (the HP marking stands for high pressure). Optionally, versions up to 1500 bar are available.

Operating temperatures up to 150°C, and temperature compensation range up to 120°C. Storage temperatures – from minus 60°C. If you require a sensor that operates at higher temperatures (from 150 and above), we can handle that. Keller produces sensors capable of operating at temperatures up to 200°C.

The sensor housing and diaphragm are made of stainless steel 316L. The sealing ring is made of Viton. If your pressure gauges operate under harsh conditions, with exposure to aggressive liquids and gases, we recommend considering sensor versions made of Inconel or Hastelloy. Perlast material is an excellent choice for the sealing ring.

For implementing measurement of two parameters, pressure and temperature, in downhole pressure-temperature gauges, you can opt for Keller sensors with a built-in Pt1000 temperature sensor.
