Optimal paint volume at the correct pressure
A spray gun (or paint sprayer) is a tool for applying paint, including dispersion paint. It ensures uniform application and simplifies work on large areas and objects.
The paint is sprayed into fine droplets using compressed air from a compressor or pump and applied to the object. The droplets settle on the object and, provided a sufficient amount is applied, form a continuous surface film.
The droplet spraying is created by the pressure difference generated by the compressor. The outgoing air creates excess pressure that draws paint from the connected container.
The applied pressure can be precisely set using pressure sensors series 4L. They are mainly installed in pressure gauges to monitor the spray pressure of paint sprayers.
Spray guns are primarily used for painting cars, by painters, and in other industrial sectors.
