The days are long gone when it was possible to discharge untreated sewage into unsealed pits built by traditional methods without consequences, polluting groundwater and everything around. Wastewater treatment has now become one of the mandatory conditions for accepting country cottages and any other facilities.
Level Meters for Aggressive Media
Level meters and data loggers of the 36KyX series and 25PVDF series were specifically created to measure levels in aggressive media such as sewage, alkaline solutions, and liquid cement solutions.
Features of the 36KyX sensor:
- Flat membrane resistant to mechanical impact and aggressive media, made of Kynar® (an extremely durable, high-temperature material with excellent chemical and abrasive resistance (alkalis, acids, viscous liquids, contaminated media)
- Housing made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel 316L. Hastelloy version available
- Cable with capillary tube made of durable Hytrel material
- Analog and digital output signals
- High measurement accuracy
DCX-25 PVDF is a standalone sensor for recording water level (pressure) and temperature and can operate for extended periods.
The housing is made of polyvinylidene fluoride (a fluoropolymer, a versatile technical material suitable for manufacturing components for petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, food, paper, textile, pharmaceutical, and nuclear industries), and the measuring membrane can be made of Hastelloy (C-276) or titanium (6AL-4V), allowing this device to be used in aggressive environments.
You can set desired measurement intervals and program the measurement frequency depending on events.
Convenient software allows reading, recording, and analyzing data.

Measurement ranges:
- 10 m water column (0.8 … 2.3 bar)
- 20 m water column (0.8 … 3.0 bar)
- 50 m water column (0.8 … 6.0 bar)
- 100 m water column (0.8 … 11.0 bar)
Linearity: ± 0.02% FSO
Total error in the range (-10…40 ° C):
typ. 0.05% FSO
max. 0.1% FSO
