Applications

  • Pneumatics. Used for detecting leaks in the smallest spaces. The focused beamforming technology allows quick and accurate location of small leaks even in the presence of large ones.
  • Technical gases. Used for detecting leaks of a wide range of technical gases such as nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, helium, or hydrogen. Leaks can be detected with high accuracy even at long distances.
  • Flammable gases. The leak detector can search for leaks of gases such as natural gas, methane, propane, or biogas.
  • Refrigeration systems. LC600 can be used in cooling systems with ammonia and carbon dioxide, where only minimal leaks are allowed.
  • Partial discharges/Corona discharges. Detects partial discharges even in noisy environments and at distances up to 50 meters.
  • Vacuum systems. Unlike compressed air leaks, where the sound generated by the leak radiates into the environment, the sound generated by vacuum leaks is directed into the vacuum system.
  • Leak tightness testing. Such a device can significantly simplify and speed up processes such as acceptance of pressure vessels, commissioning of fire suppression systems, driver cabin leak tests, or door impact resistance tests.
